Capabilities

From a single broken part to a full product line — handled.

The engineering experience to solve the problem, plus the equipment in-house to actually make the parts. That combination is what lets us take your project from physical object to finished solution without a string of vendors in between.

Not Sure What You Need?

You don't have to know the answer. Just describe the goal.

Most of our customers aren't engineers. They have a broken part, an idea, a finished product to copy, or a problem they need solved — and no idea whether the answer is scanning, CAD, prototyping, manufacturing, or some mix of all four.

That's our job. Tell us what you're trying to accomplish in plain language. We'll figure out the right path, explain it back to you simply, and quote it clearly — before any work begins.

What we'll figure out for you
  • Whether your part needs to be scanned, drawn from scratch, or both
  • Whether a prototype is worth doing before manufacturing
  • The fastest, lowest-cost path to a working part
  • Whether we should make it for you, or hand off a file you can use anywhere

How A Project Runs

Understand → Design → Prototype → Deliver

01

Understand

We start with a real conversation about what you're trying to build, fix, or replace — and what success actually looks like.

02

Capture & Design

If you have a physical part, we digitize it. If you have an idea, we draw it. The result is a clean design we can build from.

03

Prototype

We make a real, functional version so you can hold it, test it, and make sure it works before committing to production.

04

Deliver

We refine, manufacture, and hand off finished parts — or a production-ready design file — depending on what you need.

How We Help

Where LZR plugs into your project.

Product Development

We take ideas, sketches, and rough concepts and turn them into real, manufacturable products — handling the engineering work so you don't have to staff up a team to do it.

  • Concept Development
  • Design for Manufacturing
  • Functional Prototyping
  • Product Refinement
  • Production Documentation
  • Launch-Ready Files

Reverse Engineering & Replacement Parts

Discontinued, broken, undocumented? We capture the part as it exists today and rebuild it as a clean, modern, reproducible design — with improvements where it makes sense.

  • Discontinued OEM Parts
  • Restoration Components
  • Custom & One-Off Parts
  • Fitment Validation
  • Improved Replacements
  • Digital Archiving

Prototyping & Iteration

Hold your design in your hands before you commit to tooling. We turn around real, testable prototypes fast — so you catch fitment and function issues early, not after a production run.

  • Form & Fit Prototypes
  • Functional Prototypes
  • Mounting & Bracket Validation
  • Fast Design Iteration
  • On-Vehicle Test Parts
  • Pre-Production Samples

Manufacturing Support

Need 5, 50, or 500 of something? We handle short-run and low-volume production for parts that don't justify investing in tooling — and bridge you from prototype to finished hardware.

  • Short-Run Production
  • Low-Volume Manufacturing
  • Tooling & Fixtures
  • Brackets & Mounts
  • Custom Aero & Body Components
  • Specialty Hardware

Automotive, Marine, Powersports

Our background is in vehicles — performance, restoration, custom builds, and specialty equipment. That experience shows up in how we design and validate parts that have to actually live in the real world.

  • Intake & Aero Components
  • Custom Body & Bumper Parts
  • Suspension & Mounting
  • Restoration Parts
  • Marine Components
  • Race & Track Hardware

Custom Machine & R&D Work

Beyond parts, we develop custom production equipment, automation, and specialty motion systems for clients who need a one-off solution that doesn't exist off the shelf.

  • Machine Design
  • Custom Manufacturing Equipment
  • Motion Control Systems
  • Automation Builds
  • Specialty R&D Projects
